The only reason that this Website exists, is because"Homes for Islington" said they would help us,but they never did! So we had to decide if we would continue to allow complete and utter idiots to determine our future, or work it out for ourselves!

Oops!!! Now that you know his name,allow me to describe this unsavory character, in as much detail as I can !
David Ronald Seal , is a wannabe pop-star,How Do I know this...?
David Ronald Seal  and his hoodlum friends have intimidated us
for four and a half long years by playing loud music,bashing bongo drums, stomping on the ceiling,deliberately, at all hours of the day and night.Being directly underneath his apartment has been a nightmare!
We've asked him on a number of occasions, to get some carpet (He has bare wooden floors),but he flatly refused and still refuses to this day!
Well, David Ronald Seal , a year ago you succeeded in reducing,
this one time Celebrity Chauffeur to a nervous break-down. Completely beaten up and depressed, I was prescribed Prozac, approximately 80mg a day,(Sometimes more).
Countless phone calls were made to the out of hours services for their assistance.
On the few occasions when they decided to investigate,
they would ask our neighbour, very politely to keep the music down, as well as the screaming and shouting and God knows what else went on up there.
The moment they left however, the music got louder and louder and the loutish screaming, crashing and banging continued, sometimes up to 11am, always with more venom and bad intentions, than before.

 We even went as far as to contact Jeremy Corbyn, what a waste of space,the most incredible dead leg I've ever known to hold public office. I kept his reply for anyone who wants to see how ineffective that "Git" really is!
Anyway,his attempt at "suicide" resulted in our kitchen and bathroom being flooded, the taps in both the bath and the kitchen had been left opened while he went through his ritual.
Let me tell you it's not a pretty site seeing blood seeping through your ceiling. It cost the local council a few hundred quid to redecorate both, kitchen and bathroom.
Three days of peace and quiet while our victim was recovering in hospital. Then it started again, the partying the screaming the shouting,chanting,girls jumping up and down on his squeaking bed. 

 And oh' guess what, not even a note through the door as a thank-you; for saving his life, but, why should he be thankful, he wanted to end it all didn't he? and we spoiled his plans.
Do we regret it , no, emphatically no!
We couldn't even baby sit, we love our baby with a passion and would love to have had that pleasure, you see we tried once, the experience disturbed us and our baby so much on one occasion when we thought the coast was clear, a mistake never to be repeated,we will never forget. 

 The child was poorly, in fact she was constantly crying for her mother,like little one's do. Do you know what our not so compassionate neighbor did? He got even more of his friends to jump up and down on the ceiling; to drown out the sound of our baby crying, I heard him say to this to his friends while screaming at the top of their voices,

"We will, we will rock you!"our baby cried for hours that night, I could hardly face my daughter in-Law the next day, ashamed that i couldn't protect her Daughter from such nasty behavior.that my friends, will live with us forever, the pain was incredibly unbearable and unforgettable!

Once upon a time, just a few short years ago, I used to be the personal Chauffeur to Simon Fuller.he made me the highest paid chauffeur in the U.K.(1996-1999).
For four years, I traveled the globe for my former Boss.
He would fly me first class around the world, even on Concorde, just so i could get to places before him.
As expected, i would be there, waiting at the respective airport with a brand new s- class Mercedes,

I was always ready to whisk him away to a villa or mansion, or a meeting with someone like Richard Branson, or the creator of the cartoon "Inspector gadget",it was always with someone high powered and very important, rarely did he stay at hotels back then, my ex boss was never cheap,far from it, he had and always will have, class!
Just moments before i left 19 management,nowadays called 19 entertainment,Mr Charles garland said," baz,(long pause)... don't sell yourself short ", i understand what he meant now.
My CV reads like a Who's Who of the celebrity and the Pop world, both past and present, so you know I've got a few stories in my locker.  Those of you reading this who question my integrity, just Google Shahbaz Alexis, should answer a few questions.




We had the right like everyone, to live in peace,but not according to our neighbor David Saul,he denied my partner and I that rare privilege. We suffered immensely at his hands, often going without sufficient sleep to function like normal human-beings.we believe in " the Law Of Ten-Fold Return " David Ronald Seal

intimidation towards my family and I, you see,the mob got even more rowdy when we had visitors ( which became a rear event).

going to work on only two and a half hours sleep?


Can you imagine, the reason being that your neighbour had friends over and they insisted on playing bongo drums amplifying their guitars and screaming at the top of their voices “We will we will rock you!” 'til
3 o'clock in the morning? You look up and find your light fittings moving thru 180 degrees above the heads of yourself and your partner. It's at that moment you realize he and his friends are literally jumping off a stage he had built in his living room,in the apartment above you. Can you imagine how that feels?
Over a five and a half year period this happens every night,you are flooded thirteen times and never receive an apology. You complain to to local housing office, who tell you ,you live in an inner city estate, “so live with it!” You contact the police and ask for assistance over one hundred times and they do nothing but say, you are “over reacting”.You send emails to every member of parliament,only to be told protocol,they can't or wont do anything,sorry!
So record everything, you present the evidence to the powers that be and they say, it's not enough evidence, so you publish it all on the Internet. In other words you “Name and Shame” just like the Police do, just like the Newspapers do and what happens?
You get arrested nine times over eighteen months,you are paraded in front of magistrates and judges to be told that you are intolerant, your behaviour is unreasonable and because you can string more than a few sentences together you are pedantic. You lose your job, your health deteriorates to to point where, when you go to the toilet you shit blood !
You can't tell your story because you are told over and over that it is harassment. The videos that you took and the vicious racial abuse that you recorded are uploaded to the internet and they accuse you of harassing the person who has been harassing you for five and a half years. What is the final outcome you're wondering? They re-house him give him a beautiful new apartment and guess what they increase his benefits. The victim gets a criminal record, all he wanted to do was to live in peace. Can you believe this story? Is it fact or fiction?
